“I experienced a lovely afternoon tea with my family at Ellersly House Hotel. The selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, and dainty cakes was impressive, all beautifully presented. My stay at Ellersly was decent with some positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit hot, and some in our group had to switch at early hours, but they were reasonably comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and kind, even going out of their way to accommodate special requests. The location, though not the fanciest, was excellent for reaching Murrayfield quickly and had easy access to Edinburgh Zoo and the city center. The dining experience was good overall, with breakfast being satisfactory, but with occasional temperature issues. The facilities were decent and met our needs with no major complaints.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed and a lovely view of the gardens to the rear. The service was superb, with the staff helping us decide what to eat/drink and chatting away with us about our trip. The location was quite impressive, offering a quiet atmosphere while being so close to the city center. The dining experience was of fair quality, and the facilities were top-notch.
